This is a 1/48 OV-10A Bronco Plastic Aircraft Kit from Testors. It's for intermediate to experienced modelers, ages 10 and up.
In the early 1960s, the need for a light multipurpose aircraft became apparent. A design competition was held and in August of 1964 the North American Bronco was chosen from the many entries. The airplane went on to serve the US Air Force, the Marines, and the Navy. Additional planes were built for West Germany, Thailand, and Venezuela.
FEATURES: More than 70 highly detailed, injection molded plastic parts. Realistic pilot figure. Interior reveals a simulated instrument panel, side consoles, and an ejection seat. Big, clear canopy may be positioned open or closed. Detailed landing gear features large, off-runway tires. Armament includes six simulated bombs and four 7.62mm machine guns in fueselage sponsons.
